Questions
How much does one video cost?
It depends on the model, the length and the resolution. The Generate button always shows the exact cost before you press it, and that's what you're charged.
What happens if a generation fails?
You get the credits back automatically. The same goes for runs that are blocked by the safety filter or that you cancel while they're still in line.
Do unused credits roll over?
Plan credits refresh at each renewal, so unused ones don't carry over. Top-up credits are separate and never expire. We always spend plan credits first.
Can I cancel?
Any time, from Billing. You keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you've paid for.
Why are the bigger packs locked?
Brand-new accounts can buy the smallest pack, once a day, while we get to know them. That keeps stolen cards away from everyone's balances. The locks lift on their own.
What currency do you charge in?
US dollars. If your card is in another currency, your bank converts it.
