Acceptable use policy

Never allowed

• Any sexual or sexualised content involving minors, including drawn, animated or fictional characters who are or appear to be under 18. We report it to the authorities.
• Sexual or nude content of real people, and content made to humiliate or harass someone.
• Content that threatens, incites or glorifies violence, terrorism or self-harm.
• Hate or harassment targeting people for who they are.

Real people and deception

• Don't make realistic content of real people without their permission, and don't impersonate anyone.
• Don't make content meant to mislead people about real events, elections, health or emergencies, or to scam anyone.
• Label realistic AI content where the law or the platform you post on requires it, and don't remove watermarks or provenance information.

Other people's rights

• Only upload images and videos you have the right to use.
• Don't recreate characters, logos, artwork or brands you don't have the rights to, or use someone's face or voice without their consent.
• Don't upload other people's personal information.

Using the service fairly

• No scraping, bots or other automated access, and no reselling or sharing access to Inkloop.
• One account per person. No extra accounts to get credits or get around limits.
• Don't try to get around credit costs, limits, payment checks or content filters.
• Don't use outputs to train or build a competing AI model.
• Don't upload health records or other sensitive personal data.
• Nothing that's illegal where you or your audience are.

Our providers' rules

Generation runs on Higgsfield, so its Terms of Use also apply to what you make here. Where they're stricter than this policy, they win.

If these rules are broken

Content filters block some requests automatically, and blocked runs are refunded. We review reports, and we may remove published work, block generations, suspend or close accounts, and report illegal content to the authorities. For serious breaches we close the account without refunding unused credits, to the extent the law allows.
